These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Pooch Yoga services, website, social media platforms, bookings, tickets, events and participation in all Pooch Yoga sessions.

By accessing, booking, purchasing or attending any Pooch Yoga session, event or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not proceed with booking or participation.

1. Definitions

"Pooch Yoga", "we", "our" and "us" refers to Pooch Yoga and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers and representatives.

"Participant", "customer", "guest" and "you" refers to any person booking, attending or participating in a Pooch Yoga session or event.

"Session" includes all classes, workshops, puppy yoga sessions, private events, corporate events, fundraising sessions and related activities.

2. Eligibility to Participate

By booking and attending a session, you confirm that:

* You are providing accurate booking information
* You are physically capable of participating
* You understand yoga involves physical movement and activity
* You do not have medical conditions that may make participation unsafe
* You will notify staff of any relevant concerns before participation
* You agree to comply with all instructions given by staff

Participants attend at their own risk.

Pooch Yoga does not provide medical advice.

You should seek professional medical advice if uncertain regarding your fitness to participate.

3. Pregnancy Participation

Participants who are pregnant attend at their own discretion and risk.

Pooch Yoga does not provide pregnancy-specific advice or medical assessments.

You are responsible for obtaining medical approval before participating if required.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge participation involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

* Physical exercise risks
* Trips, slips or falls
* Contact with animals
* Scratches
* Minor bites
* Allergic reactions
* Unexpected animal behaviour
* Emotional or physical discomfort

You voluntarily accept these risks.

5. Puppy Welfare Priority

Puppy wellbeing is Pooch Yoga's highest priority.

Pooch Yoga reserves absolute discretion to:

* Remove puppies from sessions
* Reduce puppy numbers
* Substitute breeds
* Alter interactions
* Delay or stop activities
* End sessions early

No refunds, compensation or claims arise from such changes.

Breed requests cannot be guaranteed.

All breeds, puppy numbers and puppy attendance remain subject to change.

6. Session Changes and Cancellation Rights

Pooch Yoga reserves the right to:

* Reschedule
* Relocate
* Delay
* Modify
* Shorten
* Cancel sessions

This may occur due to:

* Puppy welfare concerns
* Instructor illness
* Staffing shortages
* Venue issues
* Weather conditions
* Safety concerns
* Low attendance
* Operational requirements
* Events outside reasonable control

Where changes occur, customers may be offered transfers or store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Arrival Requirements

Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes after session commencement may be refused entry.

Late arrivals can create:

* Safety concerns
* Disruptions
* Stress to puppies
* Interference with operational procedures

Where access is refused due to lateness:

* Entry may be denied
* No refund applies
* No store credit applies

Pooch Yoga accepts no responsibility for delays caused by:

* Traffic
* Parking
* Public transport
* Navigation errors
* Personal circumstances

8. Behaviour Requirements

Participants agree to:

* Follow all staff directions
* Handle puppies gently
* Respect other participants
* Behave appropriately
* Maintain safe conduct

The following may result in immediate removal:

* Aggressive behaviour
* Harassment
* Abuse
* Unsafe conduct
* Intoxication
* Distressing animals
* Failure to follow instructions

Removal may occur without refund or compensation.

9. Children

Children attending sessions remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervision and conduct.

Pooch Yoga reserves the right to impose age restrictions where necessary.

10. Photography and Media Consent

Pooch Yoga may photograph or record sessions for:

* Social media
* Marketing
* Advertising
* Promotional use
* Website content

By attending a session, you grant Pooch Yoga permission to use photographs and recordings containing your image, likeness or voice without compensation.

If you do not consent, you must notify staff before the session commences.

We cannot guarantee incidental capture in group settings.

11. Personal Property

Participants bring belongings at their own risk.

Pooch Yoga accepts no liability for:

* Lost items
* Theft
* Damaged belongings
* Personal possessions

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pooch Yoga excludes liability for:

* Injury
* Loss
* Damage
* Allergic reactions
* Delays
* Property damage
* Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pooch Yoga, its owners, staff, instructors and representatives from claims, costs, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from:

* Your attendance
* Your conduct
* Breach of these Terms
* Failure to follow instructions

14. Force Majeure

Pooch Yoga will not be liable for failure or delays arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

* Natural disasters
* Pandemic events
* Government restrictions
* Venue failures
* Severe weather
* Animal welfare concerns
* Staffing disruptions

15. Privacy

Personal information collected during bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

16. Changes to Terms

Pooch Yoga reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts within South Australia, Australia.

By booking or attending a Pooch Yoga session, you acknowledge you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
