What is Pooch Yoga?
Pooch Yoga is a joyful and calming yoga experience where playful puppies join you on the mat. No need to bring your own dog — we provide the adorable pups! Enjoy gentle stretches, sweet puppy cuddles, and a boost of happiness as you move through your practice.
Can I take photos or videos during the class?
Absolutely! We encourage you to snap some photos and capture the fun — just be mindful of the puppies and fellow participants. Our instructors will let you know the best times for pictures so you can stay present in the moment and still get that perfect puppy selfie!
Do I need any prior yoga experience to join a Pooch Yoga class?
No prior yoga experience is necessary! Pooch Yoga classes are designed for beginners and dog owners who want to spend quality time with their pets in a calm and positive environment. Our instructors will guide you step-by-step through each pose.
What should I bring to a Pooch Yoga session?
Just bring yourself, a bottle of water, and your joy to share with the pups — all mats are already provided!
Are the puppies safe and cared for during the class?
Yes — the puppies’ wellbeing is our top priority. Our classes include plenty of breaks, gentle interactions, and close supervision to keep the pups comfortable and happy. We follow strict animal welfare guidelines to ensure a safe and positive experience for both you and the puppies.
Can I purchase a voucher for a friend or relative?
Yes, you most certainly can! To purchase a gift voucher, please visit our Classes page and select the option titled "Gift Voucher Once purchased, you'll receive a voucher code via email. You can pass this on to your friend or relative, and they can redeem it at checkout when booking a class date and time that suits them.
Can children attend the class?
Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcome all ages-However, for children under the age of 12, we kindly ask that they are accompanied by an adult during the session. The accompanying adult will need to purchase a separate ticket For children's tickets (ages 16 and under).

How do I make a purchase?
Click on our Classes page and choose your ideal session. Once selected, choose either an adult or child ticket, then pick the date and time of your preferred class. Add your ticket to the cart and complete the checkout process to finalise your purchase.
Please note: For special events where child and adult tickets are the same price, you will not see an option to choose between the two. Tickets must be purchased exactly as listed. Examples include our Christmas, Easter, and Valentine’s events.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed. This email will include your booking details, session time, and any important information you need before attending.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, or contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Returns Policy
Can I reschedule or get a credit if I can't attend my class?
Because Pooch Yoga is a service-based experience, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or missed classes. However, if you let us know at least 24 hours before your class, we’ll be happy to provide you with a credit voucher that you can use toward a future booking.
What if my class is cancelled or rescheduled?
If for any reason Pooch Yoga needs to cancel or reschedule a class, we’ll contact you right away and give you the choice of either receiving a credit voucher or being rescheduled into a future session - which ever works best for you!
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
What happens if I accidentally purchased a child’s ticket instead of an adult ticket (or vice versa)?
If you purchased the wrong ticket and there is a difference owed back to you, we can issue a credit for that amount. If you purchased a ticket where a balance is owed to Pooch Yoga, you’ll be credited back for the incorrect ticket and asked to re-place the order with the correct one.
If the error isn’t noticed until you arrive in-store for your session, you will be asked to pay the outstanding balance at the time of the class.

Photography & Media Release
By attending a session, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you notify staff in writing prior to the session. All media remains the property of Pooch Yoga.
Please note: Only paying attendees are allowed inside the session room. Entry for non-paying individuals is not permitted due to insurance requirements.
Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending any Pooch Yoga session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Your ticket purchase constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in yoga and interaction with animals involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, allergic reactions, slips, falls, muscle strain, bites, scratches, or other unforeseen incidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a Pooch Yoga session.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pooch Yoga, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, partners, venue providers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation, including those resulting from negligence.
Health, Fitness & Medical Responsibility
You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and capable of safely participating in a yoga class. Pooch Yoga does not provide medical advice, supervision, or assessment and is not responsible for checking participant health records, fitness levels, medical conditions, injuries, or age eligibility.
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to consult with a medical professional if you have any concerns regarding your ability to participate.
Pregnant participants must attend only with prior medical approval from their healthcare provider and do so at their own risk.

Animal Interaction Disclaimer
You acknowledge that puppies are animals and may behave unpredictably. While every effort is made to provide a safe and calm environment, Pooch Yoga is not responsible for animal behaviour, including jumping, licking, barking, or minor injuries such as scratches.
Participants agree to follow all staff instructions regarding animal interaction and understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the session without refund.
