Refund policy

By purchasing a ticket and attending a Pooch Yoga session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Session Changes & Rescheduling

Pooch Yoga reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel any session at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

* Puppy availability or welfare concerns
* No available puppies
* Instructor illness, absence, or staffing issues
* Weather conditions
* Venue availability or venue-related issues
* Health or safety concerns
* Low attendance numbers
* Unforeseen operational circumstances
* Events outside of our reasonable control

Pooch Yoga prioritises the wellbeing of puppies, guests, and staff at all times.

Where a session is rescheduled or postponed by Pooch Yoga, customers will be offered:

* Transfer to the rescheduled session; or
* Store credit equal to the original booking value

Store credit will remain valid for use toward future Pooch Yoga bookings.

2. Refund Policy

Bookings are non-refundable for:

* Change of mind
* Personal scheduling conflicts
* Failure to attend
* Incorrect booking selections
* Late arrivals
* Inability to attend due to personal circumstances

Pooch Yoga generally does not provide cash refunds and instead issues store credit where applicable.


Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Customer Cancellations

If you are unable to attend:

* Tickets are non-refundable
* Store credits may be issued at Pooch Yoga's discretion
* Requests should be made as early as possible

Repeated cancellations or booking changes may result in restrictions on future bookings.

4. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Sessions commence promptly and involve live animals and safety procedures.

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes after session commencement may be refused entry at the discretion of staff.

This policy exists because:

* Late entry disrupts the experience for guests
* Puppies may already be settled and interacting
* Staff cannot safely pause sessions
* Entry movement may create safety risks

Where entry is refused due to lateness:

* No refund will be issued
* No store credit will be issued
* No transfer entitlement applies

Pooch Yoga accepts no responsibility for:

* Traffic delays
* Parking issues
* Public transport delays
* Incorrect arrival information
* Personal scheduling issues

Please allow adequate travel time.

5. Puppy & Breed Disclaimer

Puppy breeds, numbers, sizes, colours, and specific puppies are always subject to change.

Pooch Yoga cannot guarantee:

* Specific breeds
* Specific puppies
* Exact puppy numbers
* Age or appearance

Puppy welfare always takes priority.

6. Venue Changes

Venue locations may occasionally change due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified using contact details provided at booking.

Failure to receive communications due to incorrect contact details remains the customer's responsibility.


7. Health & Safety

Pooch Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund if they:

* Behave aggressively or inappropriately
* Cause distress to puppies
* Appear intoxicated
* Present a health or safety risk
* Fail to comply with staff instructions

Staff decisions regarding safety are final.

8. Liability

Participation in sessions involving animals carries inherent risks.

To the extent permitted by law, Pooch Yoga accepts no liability for:

* Minor scratches or accidental contact from puppies
* Personal property damage
* Loss of belongings
* Injuries arising from failure to follow staff instructions
* Events beyond reasonable control

Guests participate at their own risk.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
